The Sindhu Darshan festival was first celebrated it October 1997 at the bank of Sindh river in Leh. It is now celebrated on 12-14June of every year. The festival is celebrated for communal harmony and National Integration. The first day of the festival is to welcome all the members who want to participate in the festival. The evening is celebrated with the bon fire. The second day different cultural dance is performed along with the prayers. One can visit the festival by taking bike or cab for rental in Leh.
