TIGER HILL

Introduction

Tiger Hill is the highest peak of the Drass Valley with an evaluation of 5,353 meters. The main tourist attraction of Tiger Hill is trekking. Tourists can climb up to the viewpoints to get the panoramic views of the surrounding areas. After the Kargil war, this point has been recaptured by the brave Indian Army.

HOW TO REACH AND BEST TIME TO VISIT

The best time to visit the place is between July to September. Winters are the worst time to visit the hills.You can reach the Drass Valley from Leh-Srinagar highway, but most people prefer to cross from Zoji La before sunrise. It takes around 2hrs to reach Drass Valley from Kargil.
